A Church Planter has a job like no other. You are a risk taker — you jumped off when most people will not even get close to the edge. You have loads of excitement and are motivated by the thrill of leading and preaching. But there can be an equal amount of disappointment because of the huge ups and downs during planting.

• Most church planters overestimate what they can accomplish in the first year of their plant.
